Wichtige Faktoren bei der Wahl des Lehrberufs; Ausbildungsbedingungen im Betrieb und in der Berufsschule; Sorge des Vorgesetzten um Ausbildung und um Berichtsheft; Existenz von Lehrlingsunterricht und Lehrwerkstatt im Betrieb; Berufsberatung durch Arbeitsamt; Teilnahme an berufsfördernden Kursen außerhalb des Betriebs und in der Berufsschule; Berufsziel; gewünschte Berufsausübung nach Lehrabschluß; Betriebsgröße; Hobby; Mitgliedschaft in einem Verein; soziale Herkunft. 2.) Aus einer Aktenanalyse stammen Angaben über: Leistungen in den einzelnen Berufsschulfächern; Mitgliedschaft in einer Gewerkschaft. Demographie: Alter (klassiert); Geschlecht; Schulbildung. |
