Title:	Vacation Apartments
Description:	Vacation behavior as well as possession and intents to purchase property in domestic or foreign vacation areas. Topics: Vacation stays on Mediterranean islands; detailed description of these vacation trips; trip duration; number of persons traveling along; type of accomodations; activities at place of vacation; vacation expenditures. In the case of ownership of land or house in a vacation or recuperation area the following supplemental questions were posed: detailed description of possession and vicinity; leisure opportunities and degree of development of the area; difficulties with purchase of the possession; official conditions; value of possession and reasons for purchase; length of stay; rental and lease; general satisfaction with this possession. With interest in purchase of property in a vacation or relaxation area: type of this vacation area; decisive reasons for investments abroad; attitude to construction regulations; preferred type of building; characterization of ideal vacation home possession; preferred manner of financing. Demography: sex; size of household; composition of household; head of household; housing situation. Urlaubsverhalten sowie Besitz und Erwerbsabsichten von Eigentum in in- oder ausländischen Feriengebieten. Themen: Urlaubsaufenthalte auf Mittelmeerinseln; detaillierte Beschreibung dieser Urlaubsreisen; Reisedauer; Zahl der Mitreisenden; Art der Unterkünfte; Aktivitäten am Urlaubsort; Urlaubsausgaben. Im Falle von Grundstücks- oder Hausbesitz in einem Ferien- oder Erholungsgebiet wurden folgende Zusatzfragen gestellt: Detaillierte Beschreibung des Besitzes und der Umgebung; Freizeitmöglichkeiten und Grad der Erschlossenheit des Gebietes; Schwierigkeiten beim Erwerb des Besitzes; behördliche Auflagen; Wert des Besitzes und Gründe für den Kauf; Aufenthaltsdauer; Vermietung und Verpachtung; allgemeine Zufriedenheit mit diesem Besitztum. Bei Interesse am Erwerb von Eigentum in einem Urlaubs- oder Erholungsgebiet: Art dieses Urlaubsgebiets; ausschlaggebende Gründe bei Investitionen im Ausland; Einstellung zu Bauvorschriften; präferierter Haustyp; Charakterisierung des idealen Ferienhausbesitzes; präferierte Finanzierungsart. Demographie: Geschlecht; Haushaltsgröße; Haushaltszusammensetzung; Haushaltungsvorstand; Wohnsituation.
