Description:	Judgement on parties, state politicians and formation of a government in the Saarland shortly after the state parliament election. Topics: most important tasks in the Saarland; detailed judgement on the issue ability of parties and politicians; preferred and rejected Saarland politicians; degree of familiarity and sympathy scale for the most important state politicians, for Prime Minister Roeder and for the CDU, SPD and FDP relative to the Saarland and the Federal Government; satisfaction with state government and opposition; image of the parties; preferred candidate for the office of prime minister in new elections; preferred solution to alleviate the difficulties in formation of a government in the Saarland and to alleviate the stand-off in the state parliament; preferred advertising means and information channels in the election campaign; party preference and behavior at the polls in the last state parliament election in October; reasons for different personal behavior at the polls at federal and state level.
